Space:
We normally need an approximate space of 4 x 3 metres. We do our utmost to work with any space constraints there may be. We reserve the right to refuse to continue any event prior to the start should there be insufficient floor space which would not allow the audio and lighting equipment to be assembled safely.

Electricity:
The client is responsible for the provision of a suitable and safe electricity supply. We require a minimum of two 13-amp mains sockets.

Cancellation by Client:
Booking Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 6 months prior to the booking date will be subject to an additional charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking charge. Cancellation less than a month prior to the booking is subject to an additional charge equivalent to 90% of the total booking charge.

Refreshments:
Don't forget the DJ and any assistants can work very long hours. Please bear them in mind with regard to the provision of adequate food and soft drinks.

Extended Playing Time:
Wherever possible we will aim to accommodate client's requests for extensions to playing time. This will be subject to an additional hourly charge.

Licencing:
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably licensed for the event.

Safety:
If at any time before or during the function we deem our persons or property to be under threat, verbally or physically, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate the disco without further notice. In the event of this happening refunds are not applicable
