Further to Dave's telephone call yesterday evening, just to say a really big thank you to Chris for a wonderful evening. He is a credit to you. He did a fantastic job and was always very concerned that he was playing suitable music for everyone - what a star! We will have no hesitation in booking you/him again.

York City has received a big response to the goal music played at KitKat Crescent on Saturday. The three goals scored by Onome Sodje (2) and Chris Beardsley were accompanied by the strains of James Brown’s classic "I Feel Good".
A number of messages have been received by the club in support and also criticism of the move. The Club took the decision to change the music as an experiment in Pre-Season and continue to monitor the reaction. The Club hopes that by playing goal music it will enhance the family atmosphere at this season’s games
The music is provided by Northern Lights Discos who are sponsoring & DJ'ing the music at KitKat Crescent this season. Their involvement gives supporters the opportunity to have more input into the songs played at home matches this season and they can request their choice of music by emailing Northern Lights Discos via the link on this website.
